The rind is yellow-green with dark-green broken stripes, providing a striking contrast to the deep red interior.

Growing Conditions:

• Planting: Sow seeds 2.5 cm deep and 50-75 cm apart in soil mounds or ridges. Best sown from late winter to early summer.
